Experience
10 years of experience as senior designer and team leader with globally recognized firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill based in Chicago, Illinois. My design experiences varied in building typology where I worked on all scales from a performative supertall to an innovative light framed dome, to a small performing arts addition in a quaint and historic part of Minnesota.

Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill 2011 - 2020
Smith + Gill is a world renowned architecture firm that specializes in performative design taking the advancements of modern architecture, new technology, and the environment into one holistic design approach. My experience with Smith Gill ranges from Conceptual Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. As a senior designer and team leader in the firm I developed many design ideas for several major international competitions and client projects, China, Korea, Vancouver, Toronto, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Chicago, Miami, and Australia. I worked in a range of computer platforms and developed detailed ideas through the process of hand sketching. Versatility is key for all designers working at Smith Gill, in my experiences I have expanded my portfolio into a diverse spectrum of tools used in advancing my knowledge in the field of architecture and design.

Consulted with partners on design
matters, completed revisions on construction documents, fabricated and hand crafted detailed models for exhibits. I composed and designed graphics for competition boards for regional and state awards.

Future Form 1996 - 2006
Fabrication and manipulation of polystyrene materials for architectural prototypes utilizing CNC routers, wire cutters, to manufactured shapes and forms for mold props and details for all purposes industrial. I led the design effort and managed Installation of materials onsite.
